In order to win an award, agencies must achieve an average Net Promoter Score® of 67%, more than eight times the industry average for staffing and recruiting agencies. Thanks to all the great work we’ve done together, we cleared that threshold easily in both categories.
Focused on helping to connect people with the right job openings at US companies, we received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 75 percent of their clients and 69 percent of their talent, significantly higher (more than double) than the industry’s average.
